40 Day Online Meditation Challenge

So, here’s what this 40 Day Challenge is going to include:

  • 7 online group sessions facilitated by Sunita
  • Learn 6 meditation techniques
  • Pranayama (breathing) techniques to help you meditate more effectively
  • Gain awareness on what your brain representational system is as this will help you develop your meditation learning style
  • 21 day post challenge support in the group to help you integrate the learnings into your daily life
  • Mindfulness techniques
  • Learning meditation techniques and practicing regularly can be a doorway to intuitive and spiritual development

 When does it start?

Key dates for group 7 online sessions are as follows:

Session 1 Day 1: 9am-10.30am Sunday 10 March, Pisces Super New Moon

Session 2 Day 8: 9am-10.30am Sunday 17 March

Session 3 Day 15: 9am-10.30am Sunday 24 March

Session 4 Day 22: 9am-10.30am Sunday 31 March

Session 5 Day 31: 6.30pm-8pm Tuesday 9 April, Aries Super New Moon

Session 6 Day 36: 9am-10.30am Sunday 14 April

Session 7 Day 40: 6.30pm-8pm Thursday 18 April  Final Celebration

The dates coincide with key lunar events so that you can experience the impact of lunar energy on your meditation practice.

 

Why 40 days?

In my experience as a Medium and Yoga and Meditation teacher this is how long it takes of practising something daily, to break through the programming and receive what you need from the practice you are undertaking.

 On a spiritual level, many mantras, fasts and spiritual practices are carried out for 40 days.

 

How will this challenge benefit me?

It’s not just about learning different meditation techniques, being guided by a teacher or having a peer support group; it’s also about the profound growth on the unconscious level you will achieve.

 

So, here’s what this 40 Day Challenge is going to include:

How should I prepare?

  • Commit to the Challenge!
  • Know it’s ok if you miss a day for whatever reason, life happens and you will be supported
  • Make the conscious decision to be open to learning something new
  • Give yourself permission to grow, be challenged and connect deeper
  • Ideally NO recreational drug or alcohol during the 40 day period or at least 48 hours before group sessions. Alcohol and drugs impact on your ability to meditate as they affect the mind.
  • Take a light meal only before meditations so that your energy isn’t directed towards digesting food

What support will I receive?

You will be supported by Sunita during the 40 day challenge in a peer support group and 20 days after the challenge ends for integration of the practice into your daily life.
